Hampton Inn & Suites Boise-Meridian

We absolutely loved staying here. They have a later check out which is super convenient when you are arriving late in the night plus the staff are literally some of the most amazing people I’ve been around. They were all super friendly and caring and happy to help especially the blond haired lady at breakfast was super kind and just asking everyone how their morning is and smiling all the time we loved it!

Been staying here for years. Always enjoyed all aspects of this place. All the staff are extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The breakfast hostess Nancy, is unbelievable as she checks in frequently and is assuring that you enjoy yourselves. She tells everyone to have a nice day and means it. A wealth of info surrounding Boise and the outlying area. A truly enjoyable experience.

I highly suggest this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, they dont have the typical hotel smell. The linens are clean, also no smell. Most times when we stay we have to bring linen. The complimentary breakfast is so yummy, my grandsons especially liked the various options for cereal. The eggs are real, pancakes are fluffly. We would go down for tea and hot coco every evening. Well stocked coffee and tea bar.

Stayed for two nights for our honey-mini-moon. Contactless check in made things super easy since we got into town late. Room was clean and tv had “Welcome so and so to your room” which was nice touch. Housekeeping was fast and efficient with turn around while we were gone for the day. Breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from. All staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Close to a lot of stores, top golf, and right off the highway makes it a great location to see the city. Pool was clean and they even have a basketball half court to stay in shape. Good size fitness center too. Great service with a smile is why we will return in the future.

I want to start woth the positives, Staff seemed very friendly and wiling to help and fix things, breakfast was good and pool and spa seemed clean and the area was well maintained. The only negative was simply that we rented the last room they had left on the third floor at the very end of the hall, the room was extremly humid upon entering and there was an extremly potent smell of lavender in the room, The maintenance came up and removed the scent from the AC unit but the room continued to have a very strong odor of possibly lavender and was very humid, they offered to send an air purifier and to help with any means necessary but had no rooms available until the next night, so we endured until the next day, I attempted to air out room but it just didnt work. The next evening, they gladly switched our room and compensated us for the trouble. Aside from this misshapen everything else was good and the willingness to make it right was very appreciated.

We’ve been coming to this hotel for a few years now. Everything has been recently renovated and looks great. Year after year the staff have been nice and helpful. Our dogs are always welcome and our girls love the pool and hot tub. We will keep coming back.

Rooms are clean, had lots of amenities. Stay was very nice. The breakfast that was served in the dining room was excellent. Service and staff were clean, helpful and very attentive to my needs. I would recommend them to anyone on business or recreational travel.

We were so very impressed with this hotel and staff!!! Everyone was so very nice and accommodating!!! Nancy (the breakfast hostess) was spectacular!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was so very nice and told us great places to help our visit be exciting for us and our kids! She cared so much about us and everyone she encounters! We will come to this hotel ever time we visit!
